Take ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE with food, ideally at the same time every day, to maintain consistency and enhance its effectiveness. Follow your doctor's prescribed dosage and schedule, and do not discontinue use without medical advice, even if you feel better. Lifestyle modifications, such as following a low-fat diet, regular exercise, and avoiding smoking, can significantly boost the effectiveness of this medication.

Avoid drinking alcohol while taking ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE, as it could increase the risk of bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract.

Before starting ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you have a history of liver or kidney disease. If you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use. Additionally, disclose all other medications you are taking to avoid potential drug interactions.

The most common side effects of taking ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE are abdominal pain, indigestion, bruising, and nosebleeds. Since this medication increases the risk of bleeding, take extra precautions while shaving, trimming nails, or handling sharp objects. Avoid consuming alcohol while on this medication, as it may amplify side effects.

USES OF ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE

Benefits of ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE in heart attack:

  • ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE is a powerful medication designed to lower the risk of heart attacks by combining antiplatelet and cholesterol-lowering agents.
  • It prevents blood clots by stopping platelets from sticking together, ensuring smooth blood flow and reducing the risk of blockages in arteries.
  • Additionally, it lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides while boosting HDL (good cholesterol), promoting better cardiovascular health.
  • By reducing the chances for atherosclerosis (hardening of arteries) and reducing the recurrence of heart attacks, this medication offers comprehensive heart protection. When combined with a healthy lifestyle, such as a low-fat diet, regular exercise, and avoiding smoking, ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE significantly enhances heart health.

HOW ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE WORKS

ECOSPRIN GOLD 10MG CAPSULE contains a combination of three medicines, namely aspirin, atorvastatin, and clopidogrel which works synergistically to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attacks and strokes by targeting different aspects of blood clotting and cholesterol management:

Aspirin and Clopidogrel are antiplatelet medicines that prevents platelets from sticking together, further reducing the risk of clot formation and enhancing blood flow in the arteries. By reducing platelet clumping, this medicine helps maintain smooth blood flow and prevents clots in blood vessels.

Atorvastatin is a statin that inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, the enzyme involved in cholesterol synthesis in the liver. It lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides while increasing HDL (good cholesterol), which reduces plaque buildup in arteries (atherosclerosis) and improves blood vessel health.

Together, this medicine offers comprehensive cardiovascular protection by reducing clot formation, improving lipid profiles, and reducing  the risk for narrowing of blood vessels, significantly lowering the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
