Regular physical activity can also stimulate bowel movements, so try to incorporate exercise into your routine. If these measures don't provide relief, consider over-the-counter fiber supplements or consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance. They may recommend specific medications or address any underlying medical conditions contributing to constipation.
