Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks enzymes called cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of chemicals called prostaglandins, which are responsible for causing pain and inflammation.
Paracetamol, on the other hand, works by reducing the perception of pain in the brain and also helps lower fever by acting on the heat-regulating centers in the brain. Together, they provide stronger pain relief and reduce inflammation.
