Tell your doctor if you are taking,

• penicillin, quinolone antibiotics (used to manage infection)
• coumadin, heparin and clopidogrel (used to manage blood clot)
• diuretics and anti-hypertensives
• digoxin
• medicines for diabetes

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
• Swallow the medicine with a glass of water
• Do not crush or chew the medicine

If you take more CHYMORAL PLUS

• If you take much of this medicine, talk to your doctor or go to nearest hospital immediately

If you forget to take CHYMORAL PLUS

• If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember it, however if it is nearly time for the next dose skip the missed dose
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose

 If you stop taking CHYMORAL PLUS                                    

• Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to do so
